Certified Life and Parenting Coach
I'm a veterinary surgeon, coach, mother and human. I have been working in practice for over 10 years as an equine, mixed and latterly small animal vet. I have stayed in the profession, left the profession (to become a teacher) and now diversified. I've worked full and part time. I've parented as part of a couple, as a single mum and as a coparent.

I am passionate about teaching emotional regulation, empathy, boundaries and non-violent communication to help my clients carve out a life that brings them joy. I firmly belive curiosity is key. Why are you stuck? What is the best path forward? What would make you happy? How could that relationship be better? What is your child communicating? What do you need to thrive and find joy?

I also believe that most adventures are best with a companion. Coaching and what I have learnt on my coaching journey so far has changed my life and my clients lives infintely for the better. Let me coach you through this moment. I will cheerlead you, challenge you, empathise with you, inspire you and support you to work out what is best for you in this moment.
